If you’re a healthcare professional, we would love to have you work with us. It’s quick and easy to get started, and your level of participation is always under your control.

If you’ve ever used healthcare technologies meant to help you do your job more easily, or if you’ve interacted with companies who want you to use their tools and products, and you’ve thought, “I could design this better,” or “I wish they’d ask actual healthcare providers about this,” we might be just what you need.

Our clients are the companies that bring you this stuff. When it works the way you want, we’d like to think that we — with help from someone like you — had a hand in that. When it doesn’t, well, we’d hope that company will wise up and reach out to us so they do a better job on the next version.

If you decide to participate in our research projects, we promise to treat you with respect and to appreciate your time. We’ll tell you the compensation for any survey or discussion up front, before you agree to participate, and we’ll send that to you within just a few days after you participate. If you agree to do an interview with us (usually by phone or Zoom), we’ll have you speak with an experienced, articulate professional who has an actual conversation with you, instead of reading from some annoying script.

We’re never going to sell your information, or trade it, or give it away to someone else. When you agree to participate in our research efforts, we understand that this is something of a “sacred trust.” We can’t function without you, and you’re treated accordingly.

If you ever want to quit and have us never contact you again, we’ll do that. If you want to take a break for a bit, that’s fine. And if you just don’t respond to something we send you, fine by us. We understand. You’re in control, and you stay in control.

Our Simple Sign Up

Most of our members start by joining our EHR Insights panel because these surveys often take only a couple of minutes to complete. We use them to help our clients confirm that newly launched products are now available within a wide variety of EHRs, in a “real world” setting.

We compensate your for your time spent completing these super fast, super easy surveys with a small token of appreciation – either a $10 Starbucks or Amazon electronic gift card, sent to you via email shorty after the survey closes (i.e., within just a few days).

We also conduct longer surveys and in-depth interviews for our clients. We pay considerably more for those, with a goal of compensating you for your time at a rate typical of U.S. healthcare professionals that have your level of training, credentialing, specialization, etc. When you sign up, you’ll be eligible to participate in any of these types of research, and can elect to do so (or not) anytime you receive an invitation from us.
