Corvus Solutions LLC is registered in and located in the state of Pennsylvania, in the United States, and is wholly-owned by Think Patients LLC, which shares our same physical and mailing address.
Our website URL is https://www.corvusinsights.com
Our physical address is: 105 John Robert Thomas Dr, Exton, PA 19341.

Please note that we serve only clients based in the United States, and our site is intended only for companies and individuals who will access it within the United States. So, we ask that you please access, visit, or use this site only from within the U.S.
Protecting your private information is important to us. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Corvus Insights website and the use of information obtained via this website by Corvus Solutions LLC and by Think Patients LLC. This policy governs data collection and usage via this site. By using this website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

We do not ask for your phone number via our website. If you wish to engage with us by phone or via SMS/text, or if we need to speak with you by phone (for example, as part of a research project) we will engage with you in that manner only after we have established a relationship of some sort (i.e., you agree for us to reach out to you), and then only after you have given us express permission to do so. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing Information with Third Parties
Think Patients does not sell, rent, give away, trade, barter, or lease its customer or user information, to third parties. Please note that if you sign up for our research panel, the compensation we pay you will be managed by our parent company, Think Patients LLC, and we must also report compensation information over a certain threshold as required by law. So, while those are technically third parties, one is the parent company that owns us, and the other is the government. But if you’re worried about us selling your information to someone else, that’s just not how we operate.
Tracking User Behavior
We may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within this site, in order to determine what services and content are the most popular and of greatest interest. This data may be used to deliver customized content to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by us. In addition to the information noted above, we may also automatically record access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the website.
Use of Cookies
This website may use “cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize certain pages, or register with the site or services we offer, a cookie helps us recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as mailing addresses and similar contact information. When you return to the same website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the features that you customized.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the site, services, or websites you visit. By continuing to use our website after you have been informed that we collect and make use of cookies, and you are agreeing to their use when you interact with the site.
Links
This website may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Children Under Thirteen
As a business-to-business company that does not market directly to individual consumers, we do not intentionally do business with any person who is not an adult, or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
E-mail Communications
From time to time, we may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from us or click on a link therein.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from us, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or similar, prominently identified links, within those emails.
Embedded Contact From Other Sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. We cannot and do not control these other sites.
External Data Storage Sites
We may store data on servers provided by hosting vendors with whom we have contracted to provide us with secure “cloud” remote storage. We limit access to this information to only a few of our employees and trusted service providers, and require that they use complex passwords and other security barriers to protect this data.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. All users can have their personal information removed from our system at any time.
If you enroll in our research panel via the website, we may retain your information indefinitely unless you ask us to remove your information. If you do that, we will comply with that request within 30 days, EXCEPT that we will retain information related to compensation paid to you for as long as our advisors deem necessary to comply with applicable tax and other laws. Often, that is a minimum of seven (7) years after the end of the tax year in which the compensation was paid.
Changes to this Statement
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
